the notion of adults being children in grown up bodies has crossed my path several times throughout my life. the last encounter hit me right in the face, when i overheard it being said by a father to his little daughter on a New Year's Eve. mind you, i was posing outside wearing red tights and bodysuit in an attempt to take a sassy yet festive Instagram picture.
